I bombed in September, I actually gained about 10lbs. :sad: And today I hit my starting weight from September 1st. I'm really going to have to bring it to hit my goal for December 1st.

Thanks for the ideas so far keep them coming :D. I forgot to add that I do tuna and canned chicken to sometimes. I guess I could do regular chickenc hamburger etc...but I don't know if they will eat that cold...

MFP has been pretty close to my HRM for most exercise (walking, jogging, hiking etc). The only time I noticed it was really off was for swimming, or if the exercise wasn't exactly right. (Like JM videos and circuit training etc)

Its a little far-fetched but I would really like to be close to 230lbs by September 28th for a 2 day rock concert! That way I can look awwwwesome! (I'd look more awesome at 160...but gotta keep it a little real)

I pretty much agree with everything everyone has said here. Keep a lot of good foods in the house that they (and you) can snack on. Fruits, Veggies, Yogurt etc. You can even cook chicken and cut it into bite sized chunks, they can heat those up in the microwave and eat them like chicken nuggets, but its real chicken…
