A daily run is great for SO many reasons! We should all be getting in that much cardio every single day. Like others, I would recommend adding in some more strength training in there where you can, even if it's just a few sets of light weights! :wink:

Butter - as long as it's organic and clean - is okay in moderation. Healthy fats actually help you to lose weight! :)
