I eat cottage cheese as a snack every day around 10am. I eat 1/2 a cup with 7 low fat triscuit crackers (I break them in half so I feel like I get 14 instead.) I put a big scoop of cottage cheese on each. Yum!

I learned some things yesterday from the nutritionist I met with. She follows the My Plate guidelines (www.myplate.gov) and recommends only 2 servings of fruit a day. She made a list of high sugar fruits and low sugar fruits and said to only have one serving from each group. The higher sugar fruits are bananas, apples,…
