I do it. Especially with lunch time. If Im hungry more than 3 hours before I last ate, I will drink 15-20 ounces and wait. If Im still hungry, I eat. Also works on weekends when my schedule is off. And if I really am hungry after I drink the water, I end up eating less because the water filled me up a bit.

Fast food salads are definitely the first thing I think of. They can be sneaky *kitten*. Also, frozen yogurt - "yogurt" doesnt mean you can eat 7lbs of it in a serving.

Ill do a crockpot soup and freeze the leftovers. Or steam a ton of brocolli and eat it all week. Make extra of whatever you normally eat and eat leftovers for a while.

I used to say that I dont have the time bc I dont get home until late then eat dinner late and just dont have the time. Its all BS. Im just lazy right now. No need to jump me about it. I know and Im working on it.

I stalled out at 1320 calories after losing about 40ish pounds. I researched the roadmap that some on here have had great success with. Now Im up at 1690 and the scale has started to move again. It took about 2ish weeks to adjust.
