Its my understanding that you must log at least one food item per day for them to count. Or maybe its just log into the system. Im not sure. Closing out the day doesnt matter bc I dont do it every day. However, I can tell you that if you log into your phone app, with no signal, it will not count. I did that on my cruise…

It might say 100 calories then with a percentage to the side. Its my understanding that the percentage is based off 2000 calorie diet.

I have cut down to one per day. On the really, really stressful (or tired) days, I might have 2. I do not see any signs that this has hindered my weightloss. Some will say you must give them up but I believe in moderation is fine.

Im torn. I see but I can also see this being true as well I think I would have to go with comic book Rick. He seemed more powerful and able to make decisions better (at least up until the point I stopped reading). I think the TV version gives Rick more dimensions though.

I think when they found Sophia was my favorite. I was yelling and grasping onto my husband. It was moving to say the least.

FYI- stay near a bathroom though. That stuff is powerful but can be painfull. Also make sure to steep it a long time.

I went on a cruise and had WAY too much sodium. I upped my water to 14-16 cups a day and I lost 3ish pounds of water weight in the last 3 days.

Im no where near goal but I just want to through this out there. Why dont you take a step back from the numbers (current weight, amount lost, final goal weight, etc) and think about how you feel. Everything in moderation. I cut down on alcohol but I dont want to give it up entirely. Fast food and junk food I had pretty much cut down before I started MFP though. I make substitutions for foods but if it doesnt work out, I go back to the original.

Have you ever been diagnosed or questioned about being depressed or having anger issues? I am not asking to be mean but it was my first thought and based on my teenaged years.
