I am following the plan without going to meetings (quite frankly I can't afford it right now). I am using MFP but my guide is WW points.

I'm here!! It's a bit scarce around here but I would love some support. I am doing the program from home (can't afford meetings at this time). I am using MFP mostly for exercise tracking but some calories too. I am officially looking at point instead of cals though.

Welcome! Find a nice 0 point drink that you like for a go to. Also, low point snack that you ENJOY so you don't feel deprived. Exercise is super important too. Good luck!

I had a great week staying in bounds, but alas I gained .8 lbs this week. :sad: More activity I think is key.

I knew my day would be insane on my usual weigh in day Monday, so I weighed Sunday instead. Weigh in date: 9/16/10 Week: 8 SW: 196.6 CW: 189.6 Change this week: -0.8 Total Change: -7.0 I think it is crazy though that I weighed myself this morning and was 191.4. Counting calories stresses me out but somehow points are manageable for me. Yes I notice the difference between the two, but I follow points first and just track on here for record. I use WFP and EA Active and DDR for the Wii! My Goals: ~complete 30 day challenge on EA Active ~4 days a week (30 minutes each) of WFP ~DDR on "off"days of EA Active

I love EA Active. I love the circuit training! It's very similar to Curves! It really keeps me motivated, but is does kick my butt!
