I just finished week 5 of T25 and I only lost half a pound. I have been eating 1500 calories a day and have been taking my measurements. I only lost 1/2" in my waist, 1/2" in my hips, and 1/2" in my thighs. It is really frustrating. I tried increasing my protein intake to see if that helped but it didn't. I am going to try…
