thats so totally true, i was shocked when i was told i fit an 18 which absolutly devasted me but then ive tried 18 in a regular dress and its way too big

i have heard that they do but i think it all depends on the person. I have gone up and down in my weight but every time i have lost weight my breast have gotten bigger but i have know people who's went smaller. So i tthink it all depends on the person and the rate of weight loss and how u lose the weight
