The only time I can consistently go to the gym is 4am - 6am so for me it isn't really a choice. I couldn't imagine eating breakfast and then going to the gym. All that food and fluid sloshing around in my stomach.

My old cure was to be sure to drink a large glass of water + multivitamin before bed if I knew I really "tied one on"... In the morning, if I forgot, tylenol + cold greasy pizza. I can't stand oatmeal. Even the sweetened packages from Quaker taste like paste + cardboard. Cream of Wheat?

I use the Super Advance Whey Protein powder (Chocolate Peanut Butter). The label doesn't say anything about Artifical Sweeteners or veg. oils.
