Yeah, I was going to say that is most of my day of carbs.

Nope. Go get a 1500 calorie workout and should be fine.

Warrior Dash MN II Sept. 8th. My first event since losing 80 pounds.

Just got in a Sports Tracker bluetooth HRM and the Android App. Works great, would highly recommend it. Other than that, MFP and Slacker Radio, RocketFish RF-MAB2 Bluetooth Headphones. I leave my phone in the my bin at the gym and wander through the facility listening to my music and tracking my heart rate.

I've done this a couple times now. Last time I screwed up and bought a bottle of Frank's Red Hot sauce instead of Buffalo sauce. I did 3/4 buffalo and 1/4 Red Hot and it was FANTASTIC! If you like the hot, that is.

Oscar Mayer fully cooked Bacon strips. 3 for 75 Cal's.

As long as you don't use any condiments I've successfully frozen whole loaves of bread-cheese-meat-bread sandwiches. Obviously vegetables such as lettuce does not freeze well, also condiments just make things soggy. Individually wrap each one in sandwich bags before freezing.

Nope... They don't count it to your daily calories. Mostly just for tracking.

Looks like so much fun. I wish I was in shape enough to do it. Maybe some day.

Theres a wall of them at my gym. I use them from time to time. Love suspended crunches on there. There are lots of good videos online.

I was really into basic swings, squats and some other minor exercises with them until my gym got rid of the normal basic style kettlebells and bought "KettleBalls". They are just too big and bulky to do things like double arm swings. The day I found that out kinda pissed me off.

My new favorite "toy" at my gym is the Precor AMT (Adaptive Motion Trainer). Kicks my "butt". I used to do 3-4 miles on a standard elliptical and barely break a sweat. I now do the same on this thing and am DRENCHED when finished. http://www.precor.com/products/en/home/amt/amt-835-adaptive-motion-trainer Note: I have a…

Ken's Lite dressings are good. The Caesar and Honey Dijon are my favs.

It's "Shake Day" where I reward myself with a meal replacement shake from one of the local Health and Fitness shops. It's a tasty treat that is also healthy for me.

If I didn't eat my exercise calories, I would starve. I burn off 750+ calories per day. So if I didn't I would be netting ~500 calories per day which would literally starve me. EDIT: Just an FYI I'm down 71 pounds today. So, it works for me anyway.

I tried to watch it. Such an obvious commercial for PETA that I had to turn it off.

Matter? Probably not since it is a one-off drink you had. Honestly, I bought some "Natural" peanut butter and other than being HIGHER in calories there wasn't much difference from the Jif I already had in the cupboard.

Once every 2 months I allow myself one evening where I don't count what I eat or drink. So far I have had only 2 of these in the 5 months I've been on this journey. I basically don't care about them anymore. My next one will be late next month which corresponds with my buddy's wedding so that's what I'll use it for. After…

Yeah, don't worry about them, worry about yourself. We had a huge potluck here at work the other day, I found little to nothing that I could safely eat on the table. I took part in the pictures and patting eachother on the back and then went ahead and ate my normal daily lunch. Everyone knows what I'm working toward so…

Thanks. Smallish town here so I don't have a lot of choices besides big name stores. Always willing to try out new spreads, especially if I can get the mayo texture back!
-
Crackers of any kind. I miss the *crunch*. :(

If I were in a name brand grocery store where would I find such an item?

Don't know if breaded fits your question but chicken breast dipped in egg (or plain yogurt) dredged through Panko. Bake at 375 for ~30 minutes, turn on broiler for the last 5 to brown the panko. I also add garlic powder, onion powder, and Lowery's seasoning to the panko. Also I don't use any type of grease/oil/spray…

Making this Saturday for sure!

Ken's Lite Caesar or Ken's Honey Dijon. I alternate.

Once every two months I allow for ONE EVENING where I don't count any calories and eat/drink whatever I want. About a month ago I drank far too much alcohol and was worthless for two days afterward. So no more drinking at all. There's just no room in my life for it anymore.

Daily after my morning workout (yes I work out every day if possible). This way I can see my progress and how good/bad eating has affected me over short periods of time.

OK... So I tried this a bit ago. I chose to do the Chocolate Peanut butter since the only Whey I have is Body Fortress Chocolate Peanut Butter flavored. The shake was thick and "shake like". Also "hearty", as in I could have meal replaced with it, filling. I didn't use the xanthum gum and traded the peanutbutter for PB2.…
