If you're into kettlebells, and you find yourself in need of an upgrade, then there's good news for you. All month long christiansfitnessfactory.com is selling their kettlebells for 15% off. I've shopped around, and this is the best site to buy kettlebells in terms of both quality and value. I have two of their 16 kg kettlebells, and even though I'm not physically ready to upgrade I'm seriously tempted to go ahead and get a 24 kg one now to take advantage of this sale.

disclaimer: I do not work at christiansfitnessfactory.com, and I am in no way affiliated with them. I'm just a kettlebell enthusiast who wants to help like minded folks.

Thanks for the tip - although the prices with shipping are similar to what I have paid on Amazon for the Cap kettlebells. I have a 25lb, and I either need to get a heavier one for some moves, or get another 25lb and use both. Hard to figure out what sizes to get to minimize the number of kettlebells I need!!!

And for the Canucks on MFP Fitness Depot (corporate stores only) is selling kettlebells for around $0.90 per lb (eg 32kg is $63.49 plus taxes) but it's in store only and the 2 in Ottawa are franchises so their prices are higher.

I was really into basic swings, squats and some other minor exercises with them until my gym got rid of the normal basic style kettlebells and bought "KettleBalls". They are just too big and bulky to do things like double arm swings. The day I found that out kinda pissed me off.
