  • Day 3 down! I'm still sore but I can see little differences in my endurance happening already. Gotta work a 12 hour night shift tonight and tomorrow so these next two days are going to be the hardest to commit to. I'm going to do it though! :drinker: :happy:

  • I think most people log it as circuit training. It's usually around 200 calories from what I've seen.

  • My absolute favorite way to eat Gnocchi is with cauliflower that's been tossed with a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and sage in a bag then roasted for about 20 mins. So simple yet so amazingly delicious and good for you!
