OMG...i had a hard time sitting down for the first couple days after doing that workout. The best way to get through it is to just keep going through the discomfort. Go for a couple days then take a break for a day until your body gets used to it. Thats what I did.

Oh thank God!!! I thought it was just me...for me its when i laugh too hard or do any kind of jumping running etc. It is a mommy thing and comes with age. Our bladders get weak. Panty liners work well because there is not alot we can do otherwise.
