My Fitness Coach is great and inexpensive. Definitely gets your heart rate up, but don't get it if you have bad knees!! It relies heavily on squats and lunges.

How about something like pumpkin bread or bran muffins for breakfast? Or carrot cake? They're ready to go, very healthy, but also filling.

All Bran Yogurt Bites has 40% RDA of fiber. I have it with fruit, yogurt, sunflower seeds and flax seed. YUM!

Why is it too hot to bike? Just slap on some sun screen and go! Freeze your water bottle in advance and it will taste so good as it defrosts and stays cold longer.
