It is scary and tough when you enter the maintainence mode of your weight loss journey. I've been in maintence since around April of this year. I'm scared! I am 6' tall so my tedee is 2268. Even 15% of that is 1927 calories! Just seems like a lot, and I'm afraid of gaining! I need some success stories of people who were like me and got over their plateau and had a great weight loss again. Thank you!!

I have not yet started the program but am planning to next week. I have been on MFP since February and have lost 30 IBS so far. I have been reading about many people on here who have done this and would like to add some friends who will support and motivate me!!
