  • As someone with the same height and weight, this was extremely helpful. Do you think you could tell me how much you burned during month 2 of Insanity?
  • I'm not exactly sure what you went about in terms of dieting and working out, but cardio is key if you want to lose weight. I recommend going on the treadmill for at least 30 mins at a pace at or above 6 mph. Cardio sucks, but after you finish running those miles I guarantee you'll feel really good :)
