I think everyone loses weight different. I lost 20 lbs so far and I notice in my face the most. General fat lose is the best bet.

I put protein in my smoothies for breakfast and any other meal. I use: 1 cup almond milk 1 cup organic frozen fruit 2 scoops protein powder (I use Prograde, chocolate) 1 tbsp flax seed If I have one for breakfast I add: 1 packet powdered greens (I use Prograde Genesis) I think they are delicious!

I bought a cheap one from Wal-Mart. It keeps track of weight and measures BMI and all that other stuff. I don't pay attention to it, but I do like when I lose weight it gives me a green light. It's an extra feel good encouraging moment for me.

It's always going to matter when you weigh yourself, before, after meals, different time of the day. I choose to weigh myself once a week on Tuesdays after work, before dinner. Just set a standard time and it will be more consistent.
