I think a lot of restaurants can be decently healthy. The key is to to your homework before hand and look at the nutrition information.

I drink a "smoothie" every morning because I don't have a lot of time for breakfast. 1 cup almond milk 1 serving frozen organic fruit 2 scoops protein powder some type of green. Spinach, etc.

Butter. I rarely use either, but when I do I go for organic butter. The less the ingredients the better for me!
