That is not even remotely accurate. I'm an ice hockey goalie and the only device I've found to be near accurate is my Garmin with a heart rate monitor. I log 600-1200 calories per hour depending on how hard my activity is.

He might be jealous of your progress. I would say that for your own health you probably should work to maintain yoru BMI rather than try to loose more. I know how you feel. I'm in a similar situation. Be proud of yoursef for your hard work and don't let him get you down.

I've been a lacto-vegetarian for 18 years now. I love my vegetarian cookbooks such as Vegan Planet and Moosewood Restaurant. If you want to stick to online resources you can pretty much just search for a vegan version of any recipie you might want to make.
