When I'm bored I like to snack too....try keeping cut up celery and pretzels in the house. Also bottled water or filtered water all ready for you to drink! The crunchy snacks will ease your cravings and keep you busy for a little while and the water will help you feel full! Just a suggestion....it helps me.

I am not a mother, but at my heaviest was always questioned if I was pregnant. I have lost 25lbs since, but still have about 20lbs left to lose. MOST of my weight is in my belly and I am scared that I will have loose skin....someone help! :)

I have given up red meats and dairy! This is really touch because I love yogurt, cheese and steak SOOOOO much and the replacements aren't NEARLY as yummy! I haven't really seen a difference in my weight loss, but my body feels better!

Used to be Starchy foods...potatoes, pasta and chocolate. Nowadays Im craving salads and fish. They say that once you clean your system out of all the bad foods and get on a good clean diet your body will start to crave the foods that it needs!

Im having the same problem. I wish I could lose the weight evenly, but I feel like I've lost a lot from my sides, which is making my stomach, which was awful in the first place, look worse!!!! But like it was said "it has to start somewhere!" Im just glad I am losing some weight!

I binge eat too.....its a horrible thing and very hard to get under control.....mine is usually emotional eating-stressed, upset, bored, anxious......pretty much anytime my feelings sway out of control!

I think 1200 calories is low, but probably because 24 lbs ISNT A TON of weight to lose! I'm really not sure, but I'm trying to lose about the same...Where are you from?
