Three days a week is not too much, that's what i aim to do also. As for bulking up, I doubt that you will bulk up. There are women that I talk to before and after the class that have been doing it for a while and even with the heavy weight that they use they are not bulky, but they are extremely toned.

I do it 2-3 times a week at the gym I go to, and I love it. Since you pick your own weight you can push yourself as much as you can which is great. As for logging it on MFP, I would recommend using a HRM watch.

23, is not too young! I was married at 20 and had my daughter at 22 and my son at 25. They are my everything, and i wouldnt have changed having them when I did. I dont think its easy at any age. Congratulations!!!

I've been told to try and not go under 1500, because it depleats your supply. I'm also BF but I've been aiming for between 1250-1300 a day. So far my supply hasn't depleated any, my baby is eating just as much as before. Hope this was helpful.
