My hair ends up being a hot mess after a run and I work in a very professional environment, so I personally wouldn't be able to run/workout at lunchtime, not to mention that I'd feel gross not being able to shower.

Mine is so flat that it's practically concave. Definitely NOT the sexiest part of me. LOL!

I started with 10lbs and now I'm using a 15lb one. I'm struggling with the 15lb. one for the single arm exercises, but refuse to go back down to 10lbs. I feel wimpy enough as it is.

Bum (I'm jealous because I don't have one!)

I've never tried low carb or any other fad diet because I know I would be way too crotchety. I don't even monitor my carbs at all - I just track my calories and exercise. As you can see from my ticker, I've been successful in my weight loss journey.

You look like you'd be a hoot to hang out with (it's the mischievous look in your eyes!)

I accept everybody's friend request. I'm easy. :drinker:

Sure, why not.

I'd invite you in for a beer.

A bit mischievous.

When I used to walk on the treadmill, I would walk on a speed of 3.3-3.5mph and jack the incline up to 12. However, I'd die if I tried to run at that incline! I run at a speed of 6.6mph and the incline is at 1.

Nope. As soon as clothes become too big, they are automatically purged.

I'm also 5'3" with an ultimate goal of 125lbs (although I'd be happy in the 125-129lb. range). I'm at 132lbs. right now but was stuck at 134lbs. for a few months eating around 1400-1500 calories/day and working out 5-6 times/ week. For the past two weeks, I've reduced my calories to around 1350 and I've lost 2 lbs.

I also have a love/hate relationship with her - I find her annoying, but her videos are tough and effective. I do her Shred it With Weights video and I'm not sure why people crap on it because she does the exact same moves as other kettlebell workouts I've seen. Poor form is a user error, not the video's fault. However, I…

I have generally have willpower of steel because I'm so stubborn by nature, but that doesn't mean that it isn't hard to resist.

I've always lived in the East Coast of Canada, but would love to move to Scotland, Ireland, or Wales (my maternal side of the family is from Wales and Ireland and would love to meet my relatives).

If anything, I'm the opposite. I'm trying to stay away from hearty foods and junk so I can build up a buffer for Xmas. LOL!

I can't run on an empty stomach. I'll have a piece of fruit (either a banana or an apple) and a glass of water before I run.

Do you have access to a treadmill? I find it easier to speed train on a treadmill because I can just up my speed in increments per week.

Height: 5'3" SW: 214.5lbs SS: 18 (Cdn.) CW: 132 CS: 4/6 (depending on the store) GW: 124.5 GS: 2/4 I'm trying to remember when I started noticing a change in my clothes. I think once I hit onederland, I had to buy new clothes so probably 15-20lbs. Now, I have to buy new clothes every 5-10 lbs.

I'm a picky eater and have stomach issues, so I pretty much eat the same thing every day for breakfast and lunch (suppers are different daily, but pretty much the same from week to week).

I'm 5'3" and currently weigh 132lbs. with a new ultimate goal of 125lbs. I was stuck in a bit of a plateau and have been eating around 1300-1350 calories a day (and I typically work out for a minimum of 30 mins. 5-7 times/week and don't eat back my exercise calories) for the past two weeks and dropped 2lbs.

I'm 5'3" and surpassed by goal (although I'm striving for 9 more pounds).

What works for me is setting a schedule and sticking to it. Once you get into a pattern/routine, it will become second nature to you.

One of my favourite things to eat is a salad made with baby spinach, crumbled goat cheese, almond slivers, and raspberries - and I used to hate spinach! This is the perfect way to get in a few servings of veggies and a serving of fruit.

This was me almost word for word, except I didn't switch to running until I had about 25lbs left to lose because it was too hard on my knees when I was heavier than that . I also built up so much endurance from walking (by cranking the speed and incline way up) that I was able to switch from walking right to running a full…

It took me a year to reach my goal of 75lbs (July 2011 to July 2012) and within the healthy weight range. I've since lost another 5 lbs. and I'm attempting to lose another 5-9 lbs. The key has been tracking every single thing I eat and running.
