If you struggle with pull-ups, you really should buy the resistance bands. Do those for at least the first 30 days and then try pull-ups. Rouge, Don't beat yourself up if you struggle initially. Do what you can and you'll continue to get better. I stopped/started p90x several times and I decided this year that I was going to push through. I am mid-way through round 2 and added Insanity workouts in as well. You can do it. Just don't doubt yourself!

Lisseth, Consider p90x as a jump start to a lifestyle change so if you miss a day or two or have to push or rearrange workouts, that's fine!!! Great job on your progress so far!!

I'm on my 2nd round of P90x and I am mixing in some Insanity workouts. I would highly recommend either one of those.

Nice job finishing up week 1!! I just finished week 2 of my 2nd round. I lost a total of 30 lbs in the first round and have last another 3 so far this round - diet was a little off due to travel this week.
