yes, it is true, plus when you do have enough cals you aren't thinking to your best either. just make sure you are eating healthy calories. like whole foods.

are you sure it wasn't just water? you shouldn't gain 4 lbs overnight on an extra 350 calories. the true test of your sucess will be your measurements not your weight. i lost 4 pant sizes (same brand of jeans) with out losing a pound. but now i have a line down the middle of my stomach instead of a pot belly. so don't get…

sore muscles retain water (ie scale weight) you should be measuring inches, a little bitty muscle weights the same as a big bunch of fat... don't watch the scale,

I slice them, put them in a gallon size ziplock with a little olive oil, and soul food seasoning (it's like cajun seasoning, but with out the spice) shake well, drop onto a foil covered pan and stick them in the toaster oven on toast 435 degrees for 25 min

Work your way to stevia or splenda...my coworker started out with 10 packets of surgar in her coffee and replaced 2 packets a week with one packet of splenda, she is now down to 1 packet of sugar (a mental thing I think) and 4 packets of splenda. I am usually over on my sugar because of fruit, but I just ignore that.

I have my goal set as 125, but I felt better at 115. I can't believe I let myself go like this, but I do remember at 115 I have no boobs and at 125 I have a better shape.

It's amazing how many calories some foods have. You can cut down it just takes making different choices. Stay away from fast food. (one of my big problems) I have not tried near as hard as I should and have lost some. I do find if I log it first it makes a big differnce. I have often changed my choices when I see what they…

water? also muscle weighs more than fat. have you seen the wax figures showing the difference. they used to have some at the local health food store that represented 5lbs of mucle vs 5lbs of fat. the muscle was less than half the size. good luck next week, maybe it'll be gone.

you can buy frozen salmon steaks and thaw them just before you cook them. i don't like them plain so i bought a mediterian spice mix to sprinkle on them. i microwave eggs that keeps extra calories off them. turkey burgers can be good if you watch the fat, i also eat the 96% beef. i've only lost 5 lbs in the past 3 weeks,…
