Your weight can go up or down 2-3 lbs every day due to alot of things. Time of month, if you are sick, water, how often you um....poop etc.

Have you done 8 straight days? Nothing wrong with taking a day off between to let your muscles recover. My thighs were so sore after 2 days I needed a hoist to get off a chair! LOL. Most trainers recommend rest days to let the muscles rebuild.

I did level 1 for over 60 days. Tried level 2 twice. Broke down in tears the 2nd day. went on vacation for 3 weeks and am starting up level one again.
