  • I do frittata on Sunday and it is breakfast for the week. I use sausage, spinach and cheese with eggs and cream, and whatever spices( nutmeg is nice). Soups are good for lunches or cold roast beef or chicken in a salad or with tomatoes and mayo for lunch.
  • My KISS: be sure to get my water in on the week ends. I keep my 24 oz bottle on my desk at work and easily drink 3 during the day, then comes the week end and I forget to get the water in!

  • I cook bacon in my Forman grill. Perfect every time and easy to collect all that yummy bacon fat!! When I need to cook larger amounts the Barbeque works for me, just line with foil for easy clean up. I also cannot stand the smell that lingers throughout the house all day!

  • My burger goes like this: bbq'd with Montreal steak spice, topped with cheddar cheese, red onion, tomato, dill pickle, mayo, mustard and wrapped in the outer leaves of an Iceberg lettuce.
  • Chicken soup broth, chicken, any veggie you like ( celery, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus etc) made into soup. The veggies will soften and you can put it in a blender if you want to make a cream of.... soup.
