  • I cook them up with some sauteed onions, veggies (Whole roots frozen grilled veggies-peppers, zucchini) and add in some spinach and a tbsp of tomato sauce or Salsa. Add in some Tex Mex seasoning.   • Mix in a tbsp of peanut butter (or almond), fresh ginger,garlic, soy sauce, touch of lime juice, rice wine vinegar all together in mason jar. Add water to thin a bit. Use in stir fry or add a bit of EVOO and add to Asian salad ( shrimp broccoli salad, greens)
