Just started week 2. Week 1 was hard and had to use modifiers through most of it. Did cardio Monday and was able to start following along without using modifiers for a few of the exercises, so it is getting easier. So far I'm noticing results and drenching sweat at the end of each workout. Feel free to add me.

It just really depends on what you like and do with your phone. I do a lot of surfing and email, but my phone is connected to my work mail system so I have to carry a blackberry. I personally think you can not have enough friends, denying people defeats the purpose of this site. I use it for accountability, if I know a lot of people are watching me fall off the wagon it gives me a little more motivation to keep going.
