you can try plain vodka, soda water, juice from a couple lime wedges, and a packet of splenda... just shake it really good so the splenda dissolves and enjoy! thats my go to for drinks... if you dont wanna do the splenda, do a SPLASH of cranberry into the same thing

i lovee doing this! i usually use; 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder... SO DELICIOUS!

agreed with the salad dressing on the side, but they also have fat free dressing if you request it... also, i think the mixed grill (steak or chicken w/ mixed veggies) is pretty low on the fat/cal side... good luck! their food is hard to resist lol

agreed with baking your own chips... its easy if you get healthy tortillas... plus, store bought salsa is high in sodium, which if you dont watch, you will retain a lot of water weight. your best best is to make fresh homemade salsa too. from one salsa lover to another, homemade salsa fresco is AWESOME. id prefer making it…
