Post pics if you do!

I'm dying to get my kayak out but I need it to be just a little warmer, lol. Supposed to hit low 70s later this week, should be perfect!
-
I was holed up in apt for a week before the quarantine because I was trying to catch up on all my homework. Soooo....I might be going a little stir crazy rn.
-
I suspect we'll see a whole lot of bad decisions on all levels before this is all over.

Understandable. Stay safe! In other news, my cat managed to slip his harness last night and for some reason this inspired him to rub in circles around the living room as fast as he could. Which would've been sort of cute except I was napping on the sofa and he made me part if his circuit around the room.
-
Everyone staying alive out there?
-
I put a harness on my cat tonight and he's been dragging himself all over the living room like I broke all of his legs. It may make me a bad person, but I have been laughing so hard.
-
@sufferlandrian , what happened to the relief vet? Did another one quit on you? Normal for Missouri, the weather is all over the place. Bouncing from 30s to 60s.
-
If that's all it takes for him to be saying that out loud in public, thennnnn....well, yeah, I have to agree, it's not going to end well.
-
They are pretty cool! I never cease to be amazed at what a weird and wonderful world we live in. In other news, I finally went and lifted weights today for the first in like...two years? It was awesome, but also...ow.
-
TIL that there is a lizard that, when threatened, shoots a stream of toxic blood out of its EYEBALLS. I never cease to be amazed how freakin' weird the world is.
-
No judgment, just curious...why are you wanting to track starch?

Just looking at those pics makes me want to move somewhere tropical. It's been 20s and below here and I hate it! This is the stretch of year that's hardest for me. The holidays are over, nothing to make the cold weather fun. Just hunker down and wait for Spring!
-
Lol! Well, it was worth a shot. He's definitely a keeper!
-
I love him but he's still a kitten and I'm afraid I'm not that good at training animals. @sufferlandrian -got any tips? Good thing he's adorable!

My new favorite hobby is checking to see what settings get changed whenever my cat runs across the keyboard.

If there was that much snow where I live, the only way I'd leave my apartment would be at gunpoint.
-
It's been in the 60's for the last several days here. Of course, that doesn't mean there won't be an ice storm tomorrow...
-
Whew, I bet that does get intense this time of year!
-
@sufferlandrian - I emailed the prof and he's letting me just hop over to the online version of the same class for the semester, so no harm no foul. Just some good old fashioned embarrassment at my own stupidity, Lol.
-
Ever do something so dumb that you wonder how you made it this far alive? I just checked online to find out when my module class meets this semester, thinking it meets later in the semester. Yeah, I checked about 30 mins after the class was scheduled to end. I am so frustrated with myself right now.
-
Grr! Dumb people.

Be honest with where you are and what you can and can't do. It may feel awful, but it'll help you take a realistic approach to exercise. You'll be amazed at how fast what you can do will increase

I've done it before and liked it, but had to modify because my upper body strength SUCKS. Planning to start it again once I get over this cold.

MY CAT IS ADORABLE WHEN HE ISN'T DESTROYING MY APARTMENT

I've been sick since last night, my sweet bf came over and cleaned my kitchen and made me chicken noodle soup. Guys, I think he's a keeper.
-
You can, but you don't have to. In the long run, a few hundred calories isn't a big deal.

Sleep

The temp has been all over here, but that's pretty much normal. I'm not feeling Christmas much this year, tbh. I didn't put up a tree or anything. I miss my mom. I'm going to visit the bf's folks with him, then heading to Witchita to spend Christmas with a friend. Been busy, but couldn't tell you what I've actually…

I'd like to point out that there's a lot of ground between seeing visual progress in your figure and looking ripped. For me, I saw visible changes in my figure within a few weeks of starting lifting.
