  • I like level 3 in a sick way. There are parts i strongly dislike but overall its my fav level of 30 DS. Prob because of the results and once you do 5 or so days of it you will like the way it makes you feel. strong core! If you don't like level 3 you will not like Ripped in 30 (esp week 3 & 4 of that one).

  • no advice other than just keeping doing it. tell yourself mind over matter. i sometimes will think about something that i need to do that day to take my mind off of the slow going painful exercise i'm currently on. or in the past i've set up dvd on my portable dvd player and watch a recorded show at the same time i'm doing…
  • I've done 30 DS a few times in the past and I'm restarting again after having my baby (she's 2 months today). I'm on day 9 of level 1. In the past, I did not like level 2. I preferred level 3. At this point, I just like the short workouts and how quickly the results come in the form of my body changing. I don't really lose…
  • You can totally get through level 2...not easy at all but you can get thru it! Just keep telling yourself its only 10 days. You CAN do anything for 10 days. Best part its only a 20 min workout and with awesome results. You want results? They don't come free! ;) Sound familiar?! On your really bad days where for some reason…
  • Congrats on your upcoming wedding! My guess if you stick to this your dress will fit perfect...or...gulp...be too big and you'll have to have it taken in. Much better than having it let out though ;) Good luck with level 2. It was my least favorite.
  • How's everyone doing? I'm on level 3 day day 3 and I have to say I'm really happy that I made it thru level 2 and that I'm done. Lol. Level 3 is hard but a different hard than level 2. I can see a big difference in my body from when I first started. I should've taken a before and mid picture. I also should've been taking…
  • Yep it really is much harder than level 1. I am reading all the comments about how much everyone loves the shred on level 1. I too loved it and not as much on level 2. However, I love the results I'm seeing already on day 15 half way thru. The visible changes are awesome and that's what'll keep me going! No matter how hard…
  • I'm on Level 2 Day 4 and so far I've just taken 1 day off after I finished level 1. I was pretty sore by day 5 on level 1 but worked through the sore quad muscles. Sometimes I did have to modify the exercises. I've heard this dvd was meant to be done in 30 days straight and I've also heard its ok to take a day or two off…
  • I did Level 2, Day 1 also today and I feel the same way about missing level 1! HOLY HELL! These next 9 days are going to be just that....HELL...can't wait to try level 3! ha ha ha what have I gotten myself into? Level 1 seems pretty easy in comparison.
