I'm 5'3, my highest weight was 143lbs, currently I'm at 136lbs, and my goal is 120 lbs.

I mean another reason I am nervous is because for one thing, nobody in my immediate family is health conscience really at all. A few years ago one of my best friends lost quite a bit of weight because of a medication she was on. My family was always talking about it and talking about how thin she was getting, how she was…

This is exactly how I feel. I want to lose weight and look better, but I don't want my friends and family noticing or commenting. Weird huh?

Isn't losing those 10lbs the hardest? I've been trying for a while now and I'm not getting anywhere.

I'm 5'3 and my ultimate goal weight is 110lbs. I don't think going that low is realistic though, so I'd be happy around 115lbs. I'm currently 21 years old and weigh around 125lbs. My lowest weight was about 107lbs a couple of years ago and I felt that was too low.

So far what I've come up with is cooking chicken and freezing it in individual serving sizes. Then when I get home from work all I have to do is thaw it out and add it to something, such as rice and vegetables, and I am good to go!

No, I am not interested in body building in the least. I just happened to find these articles and I found them really interesting. What I got out of the article is that being healthy is far more important than physical looks.

Here is another article on the same topic: http://www.jencomaskeck.com/2012/10/looking-fit-doesnt-necessarily-mean.html

I'm 5'3 and I feel my best when I weight 110lbs. Under that and I feel like I am too thin and over that I feel like I need to lose weight. Right now I am around 125lbs and working on losing at least 10 lbs.

I'm 5'3 and about 125 lbs and I wear a size 3. When I use to weigh around 110lbs I wore a size 1.

it shouldn't need need batteries because I just replaced em not too long ago and it's not saying low battery. I took the battery out and put it back in and moved the scale to a different spot on the floor and it seemed to work much better.

I was just wondering because I've seen people post things such as "brushed teeth" or "light house cleaning" so I was wondering if I should include my work as exercise.

Yes, I want to tone up, but first I need to lose a few lbs. I'm not very tall (5'3) and all of my weight goes to my stomach and thighs. Also I have a pretty big waist (30" at my belly button) and a pretty high body fat percentage of 28.5% (according to various online calculators). So, that is all stuff that I need to work…

Could they be related to your period?

I'm 5'3 and my current weight is 124.4. I would love to be back down to 120 by September.

I don't really tell anyone my weight or talk about it at all. The only two people I have ever told my weight to are my two best friends.

I'm 5'3 and my goal is 110lbs.

The sites says that I need 1,730 calories to maintain my current weight, 1,230 to lose 1lbs a week and 1,200 to lose 2lbs a week. Needless to say I am quiet confused.

I would love to prepare my own healthy meals every day that include vegtables and such. I hate the fact that we go out to eat all of the time, but my dad hates cooking and is a VERY picky eater, so he just suggest we go out to eat most of the time. My parents can be quiet judgmental and would not be suportive if I brought…

I have it set to 1lbs a week right now. The sites says that I need 1,730 calories to maintain my current weight (119lbs), 1,230 to lose 1lbs a week and lose 5lbs by march 31st, and 1,200 to lose 2lbs a week and lose 5.3 lbs by march 31st. Needless to say I am quiet confused. (I'm only 5'3 and im small by nature, and I am…

Thank you. I didn't realize how many calories mayo had until I put in into the counter on the site. In the summer I plan to ride my bike a lot.
