Heya its hard to 'loose' weight by using weights because your actively building muscle which is denser than fat, so you will loose inches but not necessarly weight loss, I would use lighter weights for toning and resistance rather than muscle building and incorporate more cardio circuit for blasting the fat. x

30lbs?? Awesome!! Im on week 3 day 4 and Ive lost 6lbs, I want to loose another 17lbs and wondered if its possible but apprently it is!! good job!! Did you follow it every day, with the proper meals recovery drinks etc?? Thanks x

the recommended is 5 - 6 nights so you will be fine when I used it before I worked it 5 nights and got good results just dont fall under that minimum good luck! x

You have to DO MORE sweetie no matter what it boils down to do more eat less (of the right food) but yes you are doing well, it is healthier to loose the weight slowly, just do more every day and you will loose weight!! Comon you can do it! x

Free weights give you more symmetry, with weight machines the stronger side will continue to take the strain from the weaker side so it remains the same.

Meat and veg!! sounds obvious but yes what ever you eat it needs to be grown or to have been running around at some point, if you go for carbs make it 'good' carbs wholemeal variety. Google healthy receipes and find something to your taste. good luck! x

Try something more cardio/strength training. Lights weight will add tone and a little muscle, this will 'Eat' yoga is great but not particularly good for loosing weight. Too see significant results you need to excersise 5 times a week so you can still do your yoga on your days in between do something else, can I suggest…

Yes everyday I eat the same thing boring yes but I DO log my meals every day before I eat them, I then adjust as when if I need to that way you can play around with your cals per day if you need to to make sure Im not over - if I have something I dont normally eat I lose something on my food till make it add up.
