I never feel fit, so... I'm just getting to where I'm not dead last at everything in the past month or two. I haven't tried a "regular" exercise class in a very long time, though!

Are you sore, or are you OMG CAN'T MOVE sore (or injured sore)? If it's the first, go ahead and go. It'll loosen everything up for you. If it's the second, stay home! If it's somewhere in the middle, go with your gut! Good luck! :)

It looks like you haven't come across a jerk yet? I think that's the other most commonly snickered-at movement name. I've never had it break my concentration, though, mostly because if a coach is talking to me, I'm tooooootally listening. I'd rather not break myself.

Parenting. :laugh: I CF 4-5 times a week and don't do anything else. CF is still the only exercise I've found that I don't loathe with every fiber of my being.

I'm having issues with minimalist shoes and my ankle. Basically it feels like there isn't enough ankle support when I do anything with any impact. Can you do CF in regular crosstrainers??

You've never hit a time cap before?? Wow, that's impressive on its own! I never would have finished that in 30 mins. I've been frustrated enough with my performance that I got really upset, yeah. It happens! Now if you do that one again, you'll know how much stronger/faster/etc you are. Hang in there!

I eat Paleo and do EMTWL. I don't do low-carb, though, mine are typically 150-200g a day. You definitely can do this while eating Paleo!

If you fail the test, it means your child needs you to eat differently while you're growing him/her. I'm not sure why you would refuse the test?

Yep, that's probably right. Have you compared it to any of the TDEE calculators out there? I'd love to do real body fat testing!

Hahaha. I laugh so I don't cry. Lol. I've been doing CF for 3 months and overall, the scale is up half a lb. I eat strict paleo, count my cals and stay at TDEE minus 10%, and...no scale movement. If your primary goal is watching the scale go down, CF may not be for you. It does not play well with the scale.

Just wanted to update - I've lost 2 lbs since I bumped my activity down! I think RMK was right on, I was up too high on activity. Basically I did a 6-week metabolism reset accidentally. :) Just wanted to say thank you again for the help!
