I'm a single mom with 2 girls. I gained 50+ pounds with each child and I had 2. I'm on my journey know to lose the weight which I'd like to think I gained because of the stress of the men. So I worked off most of the baggage from my first ex. Now I'm working of the excess baggage from the second ex. LOL. I'm hoping soon…

I definitely recommend not only someone train you for Crossfit, but work out in the group environment. It's a very intense workout and you can injure yourself very easily with the moves if someone isn't watching to make sure you're in the right form. Heaviest recorded weight was 230 at around 5' that was double my recommended weight. I was probably heavier - but was too afraid to go on the scale. I'm 150 now - aiming at around 110. I'm a single mom with 2 girls (18 and 11)

I just turned 40 in Dec and am probably more fit now than I've ever been in my life. I was bummed I didn't reach my goal before my 40th. But I try not to dwell.
