My new speed rope rocks... Been able to string double unders together finally. Just hurts like hell when I miss and whip myself. I was able to do maybe 10 - 12 at most... Then I bought a speed rope and now able to string about 20-30 on average. My best was 49.. pissed I choked before I got to 50! LOL

Didn't buy the sportscar.. but the other two... I should have stuck with just the leather jacket. :-) Seriously, I love being 40. I'm probably the fittest I've ever been and I'm only getting stronger.

I'm a single mom with 2 kids. I work full time, volunteer, work out and go to different fitness classes. Plus try to find time to hang with friends and family. It's a hard juggling act sometimes, but worth it. Feel free to add me if you like

I was at 230+ then went down to 180.. Then I gained it all back due to bad habits. I've learned my lesson and realized it's not about weight loss, but lifestyle change. So don't be sad. Just because you gained it back doesn't mean you can't lose it again, this time forever :-)

I need to eat at around 1500 a day, any less and I'm pretty cranky. Since I started working out steadily, I found that need to eat at least a 3 small meals before lunch, if I don't I just can't focus on anything but food. I would probably turn cannibal and eat one of my coworkers.
