I know what you mean. According to this even my veggie salad is 154 mg of sodium. (Carrots, celery, radish, turnip, cauliflower, broccoli)

Yep exactly, Turbo Fire will keep you burning calories long after your work out is complete. I do agree with the 1200 calories being low, I don't know anyone who should be eating 1200 calories but great job!

Yes you need to eat more. 1200 calories when exercising is not realistic and you should be eating back at least some of your exercise calories.

Right now I have: 1.5 cups Baby spinach 1 tbsp flax seeds 1/2 banana 1/2 cup frozen fruit (I have the Europes best summer fruit blend) 1 cup Coconut dream 1/4 cup of Yoplait Source Exotic Yogurt in Pineapple, coconut, banana Calories: 232

I only count water as my water intake. I drink 100+ ounces in a day so I don't have a problem with it.

For my self- there is no way I would try to do this. I need the energy to exercise, and I'm not looking for a quick fix. I am looking for a lifestyle change and something I can maintain. I'm not sure how this would be healthy.

I definitely log them. Every day at lunch I have radish, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, celery and it all equals 76 calories. It might not be much, but it's something. :)

Once a week (On Fridays), I find if I start weighing myself every day I start to focus too much on the number.
