Richelle, that's exactly while you're stuck. If you take 20% off of your TDEE you are at 2320 calories! Your body is in starvation mode and it's holding onto the fat in your body because of it. Under 1200 calories is not right!

Loved Turbo Jam! It started getting a bit repetitive so I just started Turbo Fire last week. Started out with HIIT 15 and will continue that until I can master the intervals! I highly recommend it!

I'm the exact same. I've lost 3 top sizes, and not one pant size. I've lost the same amount of weight as you. It depends on the exercise, but for the most part I think MFP estimates pretty high. When I use the elliptical it's only 10-20 off, but when I do turbo jam, it's off by about 400 calories. I typically burn 400-500 calories doing turbojam (According to HRM) and MFP says 900+. I have the Polar ft4 and I go by that :)

I just use marinated chicken breast. (Today I marinated it in dill, maple syrup, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, balsamic vinegar, EVOO and minced garlic). I can't stand lettuce, so I only use cut up veggies. Carrots, cauliflower, radishes, celery and cucumber.
