I grill everything! Broccoli, corn, peppers are my favourite vegetables on the grill. Pineapple and peaches! Marinated steak, chicken, skewers, etc! YUM!

I got the Polar FT4 and MFP is so off it's crazy. It would tell me I would burn almost 800 calories doing 50 mins of turbo jam when I'd really burn 465. It's always MUCH higher.

I had left over mashed poatoes (Chive mashed from eatingwell.com), and one peice of schnitzle. :)

I log everything. Even the spices I use for cooking. Only thing I don't log is diet pop and gum/mints.

I make this all the time as well. I always add onion powder, pinch of red pepper flakes, oregano, black pepper and paprika. I'll usually add a dash of sea salt, just for good measure.

Looking at your diary.. Where is your lunch? One banana is not lunch, 27 special k cracker chips is not lunch, 1 container of yogurt is not lunch. I'm not sure how you aren't starving? That's insane. You really need to up your calorie intake to lose weight.

I have the same thing every day. I make 5 chicken breasts on Sunday for the week and spice them with garlic, pepper, chili pepper and dill. Then I mix up broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, carrots, cucumber and celery and use wishbone balsamic breeze spritzers. SO GOOD!

I had the same thing I have every day! Celery, cucumber, broccoli, carrots, chicken (spiced with dill, seasoning salt, tri colour peppercorns and garlic), and a sprinkling of light mozza cheese with wishbone ranch spritzers.

Oh believe me my weekend was horrible too! It was my husbands birthday and we went away to a 5 star resort which included a buffet dinner and buffet breakfast the next morning. I also haven't worked out due to a medical issue but today is a brand new day and a good week. I can feel it!
