I attempted but couldn't complete it. I have really bad wrists and couldn't do the pushups or planks as I'm still too heavy to support my own weight but I did the sit ups. I also do tons of sit ups everytime I do my kickboxing circuit. I'm going to attempt this challenge again once I have lost more weight.

Quinoa is my favourite. I use it in place of rice or couscous. I put it in salads. I love it in stuffed peppers. Some of these other recipes sound fantastic!

5'9" and eating 900 calories is insane. I am also that height and there is no way I could eat that amount and not be in starvation mode. You are seriously harming your body. I found I was tired, weak, etc when I was not eating enough calories. I have since upped them and am feeling 100 times better. Sometimes I feel tired but once I force myself to get to the gym I am so much more energized. I would love to be able to work out before work, but it just doesn't fit into my schedule.

I LOVE cheese and will never give it up! I definitely have cut back on how often I eat it though and will try and get my fix with the Laughing Cow cheese as I do like it (but it's just not the same!)

I'm 27 yrs old and have around the same amount of weight to lose. My goal weight is 140-145 as I too remember weighing that much about 8 years ago. I want to get back to being me! Feel free to add. :)

Sushi is by far my favourite food and I'm so sad that it in fact has so many calories. I recently switched to just eating sashimi so I can still somewhat enjoy it.

Ya when I eat the same thing over and over my cravings for junk increase. I get bored of food easily.

When I'm craving something sweet at night sometimes I bake a pear with a tiny bit of brown sugar and cinnamon.

I like almond milk a lot, but don't buy it a lot since I don't consume tons of dairy. I'm finding I'm getting a pretty bad dairy intolerance to things like milk (unless it's skim), sour cream and yogurt, so I am trying to cut out all dairy with the exception of cheese.

I LOVE white rice. I'm learning to kind of like brown but I am still a sucker for Japanese style white rice. I also like white jasmine/basmati which is the kind we mostly eat. I have also been subbing quinoa for rice a lot lately.
