I switched to almond milk due to a dairy sensitivity. I hate the way soy milk tastes.

I'm trying to lose at least 1 lb per week but since I'm upping my fitness as I got a bicycle so I will aim for 26 lbs. Which would put me at 181 lbs and 35 lbs lost!

I'm still here! I definitely need to kick my butt in to gear. I amazingly still lost weight this week (I haven't been losing much but that is my own fault), but I definitely need to get my diet back to being more healthy.

I'm making the Santa Fe Chicken in my crock pot as we speak! I am obsessed with this site. So many healthier versions of food I love! I do the same thing! I think I need to add some snacks into my day as when I get home I tend to go crazy and pig out. I'm also an emotional eater so I find when grocery shopping I sometimes can't help myself and end up buying some junk food. Ugh.

I added you. I'm 27 and am also restarting my weight loss journey. I am tracking everything (or at least attempting to) to see where I am going wrong. I'm also making little changes like not eating out as much, walking half my lunch break, and going to the gym 3 times a week.

I feel your pain! I did that the other day with peanut butter ice cream sandwiches...just couldn't stop myself! Definitely disappointing.
