I started at 252 six years ago and now I am 164. I am still not happy with myself. I would really love to lose about 30 more lbs but I can seem to get past 164. No matter how hard I work out I just can't break free of the 164. How were you able to lose so much weight? Not sure how to show my before and after pictures. Help…

Hi, I completely understand how you feel. I have been overweight since I was 22 years old. I am now 45 and I have been dieting for the past 6 years. I have had a lot of sucess with my diet because I have gone from 252 to 164. I did this by eating right most of time and working out. The hard part for me is the eating right.…
