I think it depends on the person- I find if I work out early ( like between 5 and 7 am) then I feel like I'm starving all day.... If I work out in the evening( like 5 or 6 pm) I feel great afterwards and sleep better at night.... If I workout late night (anytime after 9pm) I feel too tired to workout! :)

I do- and it saves me from going crazy overboard... I mean I usually go over my calories by about 500- but make sure on those days I burn at least 650 at the gym so it evens out :)

:smile: I laugh about this because before losing weight I was a 44DD- and sometimes couldnt tell the difference between my gut and my chest... After some of the weight dropped (obviously so did my chest) I'm now a 40D and Can usually see a huge difference- plus I can tell the difference between the two! Great NSV! I think…

Now that I'm not as big I use the word FAT ALL THE TIME... referring to myself- obviously I wouldnt walk up to someone like " Damn your fat" But I find myself often saying okay dont eat like a fat person.... I used to be that person- I feel i can do that now...

Mine is now at 72! Before starting to workout and watch what I ate my heart rate resting was between 98 and 103! I guess thats a little NSV for me :)

I do anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes on the treadmill at least 4 days a week- I also do circuit training at the gym and have just started going higher on my crunches :)
