flatter stomach?
Can anyone give me any tips on what I can do to help flatten my stomach other than crunches? I have been doing 50- 90 crunches daily, but I'm looking to be able to switch it up a few days a week, any suggestions?

Calories Burned....
so I have a question..... Does everyone log EVERY little bit of exercise they do? Like usually when I go to the gym I log my workout on the treadmil, eliptical or whatever other machine I do. I also log the cicuit training but not sure about exact calories burned so I use the mfp calculations and then always deduct 150 off…
