Flaxseed is a really good source of your omega's. Google it, you will find all sorts of good information on. It also helps feed your brain. As for green tea, that more of a digestive thing. Both flaxseed oil and green tea are really good for you but do different things. I add flaxseed oil to my smoothies in the morning, I use it instead of olive oil in salad dressing. I even add it to my dogs food.0

Flax seed is a great source of Omega 3, but it's safflower oil that helps with tummy fat. One teaspoon morning and night.0

I would recommend fish oil capsules for your Omega's and ground flax seed (use a coffee grinder) on your salads for the fiber.0

It's good for you, but it isn't going to suddenly double weight loss or something. Fish oil's better, but even then, it's not some miracle pill.0

i dont want it to be a miracle pill, i just have a major issue with the fat from my stomach not moving... everything else is going great.... any other suggestions?0

Flax seed is a great source of Omega 3
Actually it's not.
Flax is APA (α-linolenic acid] which has to be converted in the body to omega 3's, the body does not actually do this that well,
Fish oil is a far far better source of omega 3 as it is already in the correct form.
As for it 'helping to get rid of tummy fat" again, afraid not.
It's just a fat source, good for overall heath and cholesterol levels but it will not "help you lose weight" only a calorie deficit and exercise will do that.0 -
