So I've been looking into it and according to MFP and a few other websites my BMR is listed as 1963.... I eat about 1250-1400 calories daily... Is this not enough? Still new- so I'm trying to learn!

Your BMR is how many calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day — basically, how many calories you burn just to stay alive. So basically, you are eating less than that.

    For me it's 1751.

This program is pretty neat. it pretty much takes a lot of the guesswork and calculations out.

Figure your BMI/BMR/Los goals and the rest of the info. It tells you how many cals to eat and even warns you if you have not eaten enough at the end of the day

How do you feel, are you hungry? Feel tired? Have a hard time working out from no energy? If so, you might want to eat more. Since you still have quite a bit of weight to lose, then you can eat for a time under BMR, but that will change as you get closer to your goal. You may have a time where your weight loss stalls out and you have to gradually increase to reset your metabolism and then proceed with less of a calorie deficit and a slower loss.
