I've been doing pretty good with eating most of mine for the day... Then I have days like today- I'm just not hungry....AT ALL- I've made myself eat high calorie stuff to try and absorb them.... Is it okay to save some from one day and use the next?

listen to your body. If you aren't hungry, don't force yourself to eat.

i was just curious because some people say your body will go into starvation mode....
  • Starvation mode takes weeks to kick in; you don't have to worry about it after a day. And I wouldn't say that you have to eat your cals tomorrow, either. If you're not hungry, you're not hungry! :D If you binged today, you wouldn't starve yourself tomorrow, would you? Nope! Just go along as normal, and be thankful that you're not over! ;D
