Everyone feel free to add me! I'm 26, no kids or SO and I have two fur babies. One is a mutt, and the other is a Havanese.

I think that everyone has those days. It can be very frustrating for me when I pack my lunch and plan ahead only to have coworkers bring in cake or muffins, etc. One thing that helps me is to think about how I will feel about myself later on if I eat that treat now. I know that if I eat it, I will feel guilty because I…

Hi! My name is Stephanie, and I'm from Connecticut. This will be my first challenge. Walking/hiking is my typical form of exercise, so I'm hoping that this challenge will encourage me to keep going and do more of it.

I'm in! I'm in CT. I weigh 250 and my goal weight is 150 so I have quite a ways to go! I'd like to be well on my way by March! My St. Patty's goal is 230! What is everyone doing to stay motivated?

I have a similar goal. I've been on the site for almost a year, and I definitely fell off the wagon for a bit and gained back the weight that I had lost. I am back now though, and I am determined that this time will be different. I'm trying to get more active on here so that I stay motivated. I can definitely use all of…

This month has Ben hard for me too. I find it hard to stay motivated. I start off the day well, but by the end I just can't seem to care anymore... The weather is finally cooler here though, so that has been inspiring me to get outside with the dogs and go walking. What does everyone do to stay motivated?

I had this problem a few days ago. Even with regular washing, I got build up especially in the tip and the straw part of my camelbak. I used a q-tip to clean inside of it, and it worked great! I can actually taste a difference in the water, which is a bit sad lol.

I loved Pillars of the Earth as well. I really loved The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon.

My first thought when reading this was "Water?"... I don't get what the appeal of the taste of beer is, so I can't imagine drinking all of those chemicals just to get that lol.

Feel free to add me! You might try using the Nike training club app/ site as well. It has a ton of workouts that you can do in a relatively small space, and a lot of them simply use your body weight!

I'm currently reading 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami. Its very interesting so far, and well written.

Personally I prefer Morningstar, which has amazing black bean burgers. In general though, I've found that burgers that have veggies etc in them are better than those that attempt to mimic meat.
-
Feel free to add me! The support is the best part of this site for sure!

I did Curves for about six months a couple of years ago. And even though I was following the diet as well, I didn't notice a difference in my weight or muscle definition etc. The bigest problem for me, I think, was that the workouts were so tough that I didn't have the energy to do extra cardio etc. I think that you could…

I love challenges too, they definitely help to keep me motivated.
