The Challenge Thread

I was really thinking we can come up ideas to challenge one another--food, water, workouts, quiet time..whatever. How about it? I want to give the first challenge, but want to know what you guys thought first.

Okay everyone..what I'm challenging myself to do today is experience physical hunger vs emotional hunger. So..my challenge is you only eat when you feel hungry. Make sure you eat enough though..NET 1200 calories at least, otherwise your body will start to hold back.0
