I generally workout right after work so yes, I'm in full makeup (lipstick included). If it's a weekend no, if my socks match my outfit I'm lucky :bigsmile:

I used to allow myself a cheat meal on the weekends. Ate good the entire week, but weekends were off limits.

It really depends on what you want to get out of it. I don't like the tracking for workouts so I continue to use my HRM. I love the sleep tracking as well as the steps I take per day. I love seeing my totals at the end of the week and it challenges me to get up and move more. Having a 8 hour desk job, I don't move much but…

This may sound weird, if I'm going full force with workouts I can generally breeze through doing it that time of the month. If that time starts on non-active weeks then it gets the best of me and I have to take rest days until it's over.

I love my fitbit, it depends on what you want out of it. I use it mostly to track my walking (I have a desk job) and it encourages me to get up and move around more. I also love the sleep tracking, but use my HRM for my workouts. It was worth it to me.

5-6 days a week 2 days I take a class 2 days I do a workout DVD 1-2 days I'll do the treadmill

"Your" goal weight is just that "yours"... Do whatever makes you feel happy! My goal weight was 130 (I'm 5'3) my body decided it wasn't done so I ended up at 119 but won't dare go any lower..

I use the Nike + app on my iPhone as well. I also have the Nike sensor and it woks great as well.
